Return and Refund Policy

1. Custom Manufacturing and Order Finality

All products offered by Zodycal are manufactured through a custom Print-on-Demand (POD) process. Production commences immediately upon order confirmation. Consequently, Zodycal does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges resulting from customer error, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or style.

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

  • Errors in the shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Quality Assurance and Defective Merchandise

We maintain a rigorous quality control standard. A replacement or refund will be issued exclusively in the event of:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Structural damage to the garment or item upon arrival.

  • Fulfillment Errors: Receipt of an item, size, or design that differs from the original order specifications.

  • Print Discrepancies: Significant deviations in the printed graphic that do not align with the product description.

To initiate a claim, the customer must contact our support team at support@zodycal.com within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The communication must include the order number and high-resolution photographic evidence of the defect and the shipping label.

3. Sizing and Fitment

Detailed size charts are provided on each product page to assist in accurate selection. It is the customer's responsibility to consult these specifications prior to purchase. Zodycal is not liable for fitment issues if the delivered garment aligns with the dimensions stated in the published size guide.

4. Shipping and Logistics

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is returned to the production facility due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the associated reshipping fees.

  • Loss in Transit: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking status is "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled.

5. Financial Reimbursements

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow a period of 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account, depending on your banking institution's processing times.
