Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

Zodycal currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing and Production Time

Since all our items are manufactured through a Print-on-Demand process, your order undergoes a production phase before it is shipped:

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the production phase is complete.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional carrier delays may occur, especially during peak holiday seasons.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left the production facility. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes different types of products (e.g., a t-shirt and a poster), they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Zodycal is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at support@zodycal.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist in an investigation.
